(“Inovretail”), duly established under the laws of Portugal, with a share capital of € 5.075.000,00, with registered office located at Rua Júlio de Matos, 828/882, Gabinete 7, 4200-355 Porto, Portugal, and which is registered under the Commercial Registry Office of Porto under number 509 572 200, is the responsible company for providing the relevant services and running the website www.inovretail.com, by which the users and/or clients have web access to Inovretail’s online services, as well as its services and products presentations, as made available, commercialized or delivered from time to time.

 

3. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
 

Your personal data may be requested in the following situations:

  1. When you register and set up an user account for access to the your account area in Inovretail’s site;

  2. When you subscribe to our newsletter;

  3. In order for you to be able to download documentation, or request a contact from Inovretail – namely for a demo or a meeting with Inovretail;

  4. For registry and participation in events organized by Inovretail;

  5. For the delivery of services by Inovretail; and

  6. For statistical purposes regarding Inovretail’s website navigation.

The legal basis for the said processing is (i) the necessity to take steps at the request of the relevant data subject prior to entering into a contract with Inovretail, and (ii) the necessity for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Inovretail in reviewing the applications and submitting the candidates to an internal selection process, in accordance with previous defined criteria.

 

5. Retention of Personal Data

Inovretail secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

In case of need to subcontract services to third parties that may have access to your personal data, Inovretail subcontractors will adopt the security and organizational measures, as well as the necessary technical measures, necessary to the protection of the confidentiality and security of your personal data, in order to prevent, namely, unauthorized access, loss or destruction of your personal data.

Inovretail has implemented an incident management system related to data protection, privacy and information security. We strive to maintain advanced threat detection technologies to help identify and respond to security or privacy events (and any personal data breaches under the GDPR) without delay, with Inovretail being at all times committed to implement the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security appropriate to the nature and characteristics of the personal data processed by Inovretail.

Where the said requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, Inovretail will be entitled to either:
